It's an allegorical kind of piece symbolic of many different times.

With most operas, some lead roles are very strenuous to undertake, they're hard to do three days in a row.

Ours has much more to do with the Masonic theme. Mozart was really intrigued by the ideals of the Masons and wanting to have truth, virtue and reason be the model by which people live by.

Every moment can change. It launches from high comedy to serious matter. There are the comic elements, and then there are the more serious characters who are trying to do the right thing and be better.

This would be a great partnership that we're very open to. It's an opportunity for students to work in a different environment.
