It's an effort to stretch those federal dollars as far as we can.

What I think is tremendous about her effort is, obviously she got 35 points, but defensively every game we ask her to take the other team's best player or playmaker — the player that makes that team go. So, you're asking a kid to do that at both ends of the court, defensively and offensively. What a gamer! I'm very proud of her.

It's been a real grassroots effort.

Anything that makes a place more attractive makes people want to stop and shop. It's a great community effort to bring people together.

And you've got to organize an effort that can be the rebuilding of confidence. I think that's what's needed right now, and I believe that's what the administration is trying to do.

We haven't played in 13 days and that was a factor. But if you want to beat a team of that caliber, you can't make mistakes. We just didn't hit the ball, either.
