It's awful for her, it's unfortunate, no matter what her status was. I did not know her legal status, but what I do know is she donated lots of time and money to needy causes.

There are people who basically want to increase diversity and have someone available at their company who they can go to if they have a language barrier.

It is extremely competitive to get and keep bilingual people. I get several requests a week. Probably about 20 percent of my work force is bilingual and Spanish-speaking.

I think that's basically going to be real close. I think early on we looked at 1970 as the number, but now it's looking like it may be a little higher, but it will probably go up about 50.

We're trying to evolve a lot away from YouTube because YouTube is awesome - they have a huge audience, and we started there - but then you're at the mercy of their algorithms a lot, too. They can change anything, and it's really up to them, and you can't say anything about it.
