It's been a really good week for the kid. His partner's had a baby girl this week, and he scored a hat-trick and I'm really pleased for the kid - he's working out well for the team.

We've been trying to change the perception of this club for a while and you only get that change of perception of the team by performances on the field. The performances this season have been to a really high standard, hence we're in fourth spot in the competition, and rightly so at the moment.

I feel really sorry for the players at this time of year. I find it quite pathetic to be truthful.
