It's been real tough not having a gym. Everybody out there is against us.

Playing on the road has made us tougher. Our intensity has to be there. It made us a lot tougher. We can't expect nothing. We've got to earn it. Nothing is given to us.

We don't play for a conference title. We're not in a league, so we can't take home a trophy. Anything less than a state championship is unacceptable. To win a state championship, that's our goal.

This is the freshest I've ever felt after a game. Having some depth is so much better for us. When we're in there, we can give 100 percent, have more enthusiasm and energy and fresh legs. There's definitely more competition on the team - it forces the starters to stay on their toes and practice hard. But it's good for the defense.

It should be exciting. Every team in our conference is really strong. Nobody's looking at us as a powerhouse, but we have a chance to do it.

We just got beat in game one, we made some mistakes and it cost us. In game two we did better, we did OK. We just didn't execute.
