It's better to go behind closed doors and scream and even cry, rather than show your emotions to the wrong individual.

Women have to be honed to perfection. Guys can have faults.

There's just more male energy, more male leaders, more men at the top, from the board of directors to the senior management team. Expectations are based on how men might react or interact.

Women have to walk a fine line. If they're too soft, they won't be noticed, won't be listened to, won't get the promotion. On the other side, people will be offended if they're too aggressive or outspoken. I've felt that pressure all my career. It's a horrible pressure to deal with.

Suppressed anger may also cause you to overreact to people and situations or to act inappropriately. Unexpressed anger can cause you to become irritable, irrational, and prone to emotional outbursts and episodes of depression.

Just getting rid of that (2-14) stench from last year, taking advantage of this fresh start, that's what this game is. To win in a game that's truly meaningful, that's great.
