It's different when you see 15 instead of 9.5. You have to think a little bit.

We all did great. This is one of the strongest women's teams we've had for a while. It's just awesome to be together with these girls, and to be able to compete together as a team.

We have such a prestigious competition here. The U.S. usually wins, and you know, it was a lot of pressure and a lot of fun to go out there and hit it well as a team and bond.

I can think back to so many times over the years when they could have been doing something else instead of practicing, but they chose to practice anyway. And practices are not fun. In fact they're downright brutal. I've pushed these two girls so hard, almost to the point of them wanting to quit at times. But through all the misery of training, they persevered and now have a love for the sport that will never die and a love for our team that will never die.

I still think he's picking a little bit up there instead of slashing.

It's good sometimes when you can say, 'Let's keep it going,' ... But I think they could use a little bit of time to gather themselves and get ready to play Michigan State.
