It's difficult to get things to pay for themselves right out of the gate. It would take a while for us to get to even approaching it paying for itself.

We do want to get a maximum use out of everything we've got. These are the jewels in our city's crown. So let's show them off.

One of the things that is really needed in cultural services is somebody to look at the mayor's big projects. They need somebody there at the right hand of the director working for the mayor, pulling those pieces together to make sure the vision gets across.
