It's extremely bad taste, but bad taste is not against the law.

It's when bad taste encourages somebody to commit a crime or creates somewhat of an atmosphere where public safety is at risk, that courts are more willing to get involved.

Taste cannot be controlled by law.

I assure you the law isn't a line engraved in marble, immovable and unchangeable through the centuries. Rather...the law is like a string, fixed at both ends but with a great deal of play in it-very loose, the line of the law-so you can stretch it this way or that, rearrange the arc of it so you are always-short of the blantant theft or cold-blooded murder-safely on the right side.

Although it is not a law yet, I'd suggest to all dove hunters that they try and wear some hunter orange. Sometimes, when you get a lot of hunters in one area, it gets a little hard for everyone to see the other. This way you will hopefully be more visible to others and we will not have as many hunting accidents.
