It's homecoming and it's kind of the home stretch for us getting ready for the playoffs here. Ten days of practice did us well. We came out ready to play today.

I think there's a little bit of a bruise. He'll take the weekend off and we'll see how he is on Monday. Hopefully, he'll be ready to go, otherwise we've got some people who can step up.

Our guys just worked real hard. Knowing that it was the first league game this year, we wanted to take off on a good foot.

We just had a hard time starting out. Our passes were a little too hard, a little too crisp. I think we were forcing it a little. It took a while, but we kind of calmed down toward the end of the first half. When David put the first one in things kind of changed. The mentality of the team kind of changed. We just slowed things down.

We had to come out hungry. We didn't have home-court advantage and Collinsville did. Coach told us, 'The team that executes the best will win the game,' and that's what we tried to do. We tried to come out and execute in all phases.

After weighing the options available to us in locations throughout the Southeast, we elected to keep our home in Montgomery. Keeping our headquarters here is a positive reflection on the quality of the community.
