It's important to meet with clients outside of the office setting because they are usually less distracted. You can get a better sense of who they are; their needs, passions … and of opportunities to do business with them.

He's a guy who isn't afraid to pull you into his office and tell you that you're doing something wrong. He's very vocal on the bench and he seemed to get louder as the year went on. He pulled our team together at the right time.

We just don't believe a central office is necessary. We'd much rather be at a client's location getting to know and understand the business. At first, having no main office was a way to reduce costs. But now we find it's a better way to get the job done, and not having to charge for office space means continued cost savings for clients.
