It's just a matter of economics for us. We have to operate as a business. Basically everything we're doing, we have to look at it cost effectively just as everybody else does nowadays.

We're hoping that these outlying areas take the pressure off the airport post office. If you've been out there, you know all the construction that's going on.

We don't put on any extra people. We just juggle people around. We handle it.

The economics of this business is all about payout.

We can do this under the economics of our business that makes sense and get a return on our investment. And we don't need to burden the taxpayers of the city of New York or the state of New York with that request, and we're not going to.
