It's just a way to get out, welcome students back. It's also good for people in the community to get out there and meet the students.

West Lafayette has been recognized as having the lowest city property tax and recognized for helping the Indiana community grow.

What better way than to bring teachers to Japan, give them experiences interacting with students and teachers and the community, and adding a little sightseeing?

These people ultimately want to go back to their own community. They don't want to live in Florida or Texas.

I just hope that people in the community see what these students can do for them and, in turn, what their money can do for the students.

We want to get those students back into the community to work with their own people.
