It's just devastating that someone could do this to kids. ... The kids took it hard. But we told them to learn from this and appreciate what we have.

He is one of the best kids we've ever had here. And that's not talking about any of his on-the-field stuff.

It's frustrating but you take it with a grain of salt and we're thankful that they didn't vandalize the place they could've done a lot more.

I think Frank has looked as good as any of our kids have ever looked. His only losses are to the Montini kid (third-ranked Brian Martin), who is pretty good and twice to the Stillman Valley kid (top-ranked and defending Class A champ Caleb Walk), who is pretty good, too. It's taken some good kids to beat him.

Our kids are a lot better than two years ago and better than last year. But until somebody can prove we can win, we're gonna struggle. Somebody has to prove it can be done.
