It's just going to be a tremendous year.

Our visitation is not growing as fast as the community is. If we can get a feel of why that's the case, then we can change some of our offerings or how we promote our offerings -- or both of the above!

Fort Smith was a major staging point where wagons, teams of mules and provisions were sold to folks headed west in search of gold. From Fort Smith, they could go north and follow the Overland Trail or south by the Butterfield Trail. Hundreds of area residents set out for the gold fields, and more than a half century later, it was even thought for a while there was gold in Rogers.

We know what we have with Boucher, and we know Curtis is a tremendous goalie and got a year off to get healthy, ... We expect it to be a competitive battle between both of them. . . . I'd like to see one of them jump up and grab that starting position.

He could go out and pitch the same way this year and have a tremendous year because things go his way. This may be his year to get run support.

We've had such a tremendous year and we want to put some icing on that cake.
