It's like any other rivalry except for the fact that the whole county comes to watch the game.

This was a good win. Anytime we play Anderson County it's a rivalry, and we've got to be focused and ready to go. I felt like we had that [Tuesday]. Now we've got a chance to take the district, but we've got to take care of business.

I would hope the rivalry — the Austin-Decatur rivalry — would take a little bit of the steam out of them for the second game. Maybe it will slow them up a little bit for us.

If I wasn't excited about the game coming up I shouldn't be here. You don't have to be from here to know what it means to these two communities.

I thought we played pretty well last week, but we gave up big plays. That's my big fear here. We're concerned about containing their quarterback.
