It's like your taking twice the dose and you don't know it. You can't tell by looking at it.

The plan was for him to stay in sight. Unfortunately the perpetrator changed the plans and Mr. D'Souza, for whatever reason, went along with him.

There were certain code words they used to determine he was fine, that he had no problem whatsoever. That's why the officers weren't alerted.

My personal belief is Smoke intended to kill this fellow. We had a plan, but the murderer had a plan to get him to a secluded area. He (D'Souza) felt confident with him even though that's not what he wanted to do.

The president - every president - works for us. We don't work for him. We sometimes lose track of this, or rather get the balance wrong. Respect is due and must be palpable, but now and then you have to press, to either force them to be forthcoming or force them to reveal that they won't be.

I think that's what happens when you get scared, and you're rushing, and you don't have time. Rather than cut things out and take a chance, and build things up you think are working, you cut everything down a little bit, and everything sort of suffers.
