It's not always easy to find meaningful work. Many students end up being bartenders abroad.

Work permits are often hard to come by. Plus, it is difficult to manage studying and working abroad at the same time. Often students do one or the other.

To get a job abroad, it is best to have personal contacts. Maybe someone you have worked for in the U.S. has an overseas office.

There has not been anything systemic that we can point to or work to rectify in any meaningful way, which has been part of the challenge. I almost wish I could point to something.
