It's not any longer for development. The team that wins this game is officially on a roll.

This team is not one that's going to roll over and go away. We're going to scratch, we're going to claw, we're going to put good at-bats together, try to get a couple of runs here and there, bite into the deficit a little bit and punch ahead. Tonight it worked out.

You've got to play and the bottom line is that they kicked our (expletive) up front. When you've got a good quarterback, you've got to protect him. We didn't do that. We had a chance to make plays. We dropped a touchdown pass on fourth down. Little things like that are the difference in Arena football.

This scrimmage will be a good indicator on how well guys have come along. Hopefully we can end this week without any injuries and get ready for Los Angeles.

I'm guardedly optimistic. He's got plenty of game left.

I was impressed with both of those guys. Hopefully we can build off of that type of chemistry.
