It's not good to hear that an organization that you grew up with, you care a lot about, you believe is fair and that you believe gives everybody full opportunity had conditions, not intended, but conditions which kept that from happening,

I've never had an organization come to me and say, 'Eventually, we're going to take care of you. I've never had anyone say, 'I'm going to take care of you.' Why shouldn't I be happy? That's a first for me in 17 years.

I'm going to tell you this. As long as I don't hear another word about this organization or the members of this organization, I won't have another thought about this. And we'll move on.

We often hear of important gatherings of the "great and the good." Sadly the great have not often been good. But the good have learned that it is better to be good than to be great. Rare is the person in this life who is both great and good.

It's not in the soprano voice that she has. But it's in a voice that's good to hear.

You look back and are thankful that he reacted the way he did. It's not good to see him get into trouble, but it's good to see him get out of trouble. I'd rather have less-stressful learning experiences.
