It's not my job to get people to vote. My job is to make customers go out and have fun. I don't want them to feel guilty or burdened about voting.

People coming in here want to get their bait, their tackle and be on their way. They don't want to stand there and wait while I give someone a civics lesson.

It's always fun and people feel like they're giving for a cause ? that's a wonderful thing.

Trust me when I say this: Steve doesn't want anybody's sympathy. In fact, he wants people to make fun of him because the more they make fun, the tougher he will get. And here's a warning to anybody who might make fun if he struggles early: You better look out when he finally gets his players in there. He's on a mission. He will get the job done.

This ain't fun. But you watch me, I'll get it done.
