It's not one of those jobs where you take a particular path. The stars kind of have to line up for you.

We aren't telling ourselves lies; we're composing heroic narratives that tell us essential truths about ourselves.

The perspective is that of the creator looking back on the fruits of his or her creation and gracefully accepting what has been made. If the creator rejects the creation, the creator experiences despair. The identity is not worth accepting, and it is too late to create a new one. To find integrity in life, you must look back upon your personal myth and determine that, for all its shortcomings and limitations, it is good.

The backups take their jobs seriously and prepare during the week like they're going to be starters, prepare like they're going to play the whole game on Sundays. When you have guys on the team that take their jobs seriously, you have confidence putting them in those game situations.

It's our responsibility to these individuals, who are coming here because there are jobs. They're filling positions and filling a market niche, contributing to the economy, and I think we need to provide services.

It will likely create as many as 2,000 new jobs.
