It's not preachy. And I didn't want to use the word 'etiquette' in the title because that makes kids shut down. You have to speak their language.

I kept thinking ---- why did I go through all this? But the entire time I had prepared for 'The Apprentice,' I had researched Martha Stewart's company. And what I got out of that was a blueprint for my company and what I'm supposed to do.

All my classes are interactive. I videotape the girls before and after. I use the same material I had used with the sorority, but I've made it more in-depth.

I didn't want to just go from memory. So I did research, getting Emily Post books and making notes. I really wanted to know that what I was sharing with the girls was correct. Every year they invite me back, and every year the program becomes more elaborate. I keep adding more subjects.

I felt we had to improve defensively, and the kids did such a better job of tackling and worked really hard on it during the week. We went up against as good a running back as we'll possibly see all year. Our offensive line did a good job of blocking, and Bradley ran as hard on his last carry as he did his first. I'm proud of the whole team for what they've accomplished so far.
