It's not that we don't have heart but with this team, it was mental since we lost so many games. Everyone has confidence now after that first win.

She knows she's good, but she knows she's a freshman. She knows her role. No one feels intimidated or jealous of her.

She's an awesome player. As a freshman, she's averaged in double figures. She's great. She's not afraid to shoot it. She's a big part of this team.

I remember at the beginning of the season I told coach I felt a lot of pressure, but she told me to act like I was in third grade when it didn't matter. After that, it came easier. She told me to not let the game come to me, but to go out and get it.

It feels great. It's been up and down and to get a district win... It's great.

He's performed well in some big games in his time, too. I don't know if he can take any tips from me. We play two different games.
