It's not too little, too late. Now we've rescued people, the next stage is emerging. People are extremely weak. They're traumatized and exhausted. We've got to support them while the water goes down.

It's a day of reckoning. Yesterday we saw huge amounts of aircraft coming in, so on this first day of the new phase of the emergency we have to make sure that everything is coordinated.

There are no plans at this stage to stop flights coming in but the situation is very uncertain. We have several aircraft scheduled for this week to bring in food for tens of thousands of people.

Some people suffer differently from it. It attacks the organs like the kidneys and liver, eyesight; people just respond to it differently.

It's kind of like second hand smoke. There are things that people do when drunk that affect those around them, even though the people around them may not have been drinking at all.

Most people wouldn't see Caitlyn as a star player because she doesn't put up big numbers, but she does a lot of the dirty work for us. We always put her on the other team's best player and she takes on that responsibility and holds her own. Caitlyn has good size and strength and she can be very tough to score on.
