It's one of the hardest summers we've ever worked. We realized we needed to step it up. The last couple of years the kicking game has struggled. We took it upon ourselves to get after it this summer. We're determined to have a great special teams.

He wasn't the biggest or the fastest, but he was one of the ones who worked the hardest to make himself better and to make his teammates better. You wanted your kids to grow up to be like that, to be mature and responsible. It's such a tough loss.
