It's one thing to buy existing buildings with existing showroom space, ... It's another to go through the expense of buying a building and converting it into new showroom space.

We're really excited. We'll have the same amount of space, but it'll be better. Where we are now, we have to use shared common areas. In our new facility, we will have our own private restrooms inside our office.

In March, I visited the (World Wide Technology) facility in Austin (Texas) during our Piedmont Triad Partnership mission to call on Dell suppliers. Their operations are impressive. As we learned there, WWT warehouses products from more than 50 other suppliers to get those items to Dell as needed.
