It's really been a blessing when Bob and Debbie came. It really took a load off us.

We were going to retire to Louisiana, but my brother died and then my sister-in-law died, and we lost interest. We owned land here so about four years ago we decided to build a building.

It doesn't take long until we need to find a more interesting place to be. Chronic offenders have come to realize that we know them, and that we're bad for their business.
