The single greatest thrill was crossing under the twin spires right here on Winning Colors in 1988, ... I've got a lot of fond memories here. Those will never go away.

People think black is one color and it's not. There are blue-blacks, brown-blacks, metallic blacks, steel blacks. We do washes and finishes to make the black increase or decrease.

These guys are incredibly gifted in their own right, ... but over the last few years, we've grown into something much more than the sum of our parts. We got into something deep on my last album, Silver Lining, and I'm just knocked out by their ability to stretch and morph into whatever style I want to delve into.

Businesses struggle and many have come and gone. It's not a stable area right now.
