It's really kind of rough right there, and I think that will add a lot to that corner, ... When people come to town, they'll see a new building and they'll see progress. And that's what we want.

Given the spectrum of voltages available in the electrical system, you get all the efficiency from the higher voltages, so why spend your time on the 'in-between' voltages?
