It's really our only major fund-raiser, so it's very important to us. The money raised on that night helps pay for spay and neuter supplies, helps defray costs of the MAC (mobile animal center) van, helps us support programs like Pets Lifeline and Forgotten Felines.

I will judge the amount of money they've charged us by the end result. If it turns out this wasn't a wise choice, this is a two-year contract and we can always re-evaluate.

My shots were just falling. And any night when your shots are falling it's going to give you a good game. They were just right there and I felt it. My teammates were able to give me good passes to help me get those shots. Everybody contributed in this win. We're excited and ready to play Friday.

Sometimes it's a date night with the wife. We'll just go out (Thursday) night instead. If you keep the wife happy, everybody's happy.

I am laughing to think what risks you take to try to find money in a desk by night where the legal owner can never find any by day.

Once again, we're no frills, and we're focusing on our weekly Saturday night show. We made money last year, and we're starting to climb out of our financial hole. We plan on keeping this year's schedule simple with a focus on our local crowds.
