It's reassuring that constitutional protections that we are all entitled to as citizens were confirmed. And we look forward to meeting our client.

Any NATO personnel that were shot down and captured by Yugoslav forces would be entitled to all the protections offered by the Geneva Convention. And they would be covered by the provisions that apply to prisoners of war, that govern the treatment of prisoners of war.

It was a nice surprise. I knew I was innocent of any wrongdoing. Everybody is entitled to express their own opinion and that's what I did. This just shows the lawsuit was frivolous in the first place.
