It's something Cape Coral really needed. It's not like it's another grocery store on the corner. We're real short of hotel rooms. We're giving back to the community that has been so good to us.

Our hunting areas are the grocery store.

It's sad that we've got to send people to Ft. Myers for hotel rooms because the occupancy level is booked here all the time.

We've got people that have come from all over the country, and I've got air mattresses all over my house.

A lot of people in line at the grocery store think that they know me, but they don't.

CASHIER: Are you a member of our club?
ME: Um, I'm just getting hot dogs.
CASHIER: That'll be four thousand dollars...or you can join our club.
ME: Um, I can't come to a lot of meetings, but I guess I'll join.
