It's still a matter of getting five people to play hard all the time. I think they're becoming more competitive. They're becoming less accepting of this, and that's important.

At the same time, I think we're more focused on ourselves than anyone else. We have a lot that we still need to put together as a team.

A lot of people think of Renee only as a 3-point shooter, but she is so disruptive on the floor in terms of what she does defensively. She just has that sense for the game, and rebounding isn't always about height. I've never been one to say size is a big factor if you can get out there and get the job done.

From what I understand, teams from the past wouldn't have battled back from 22 down. I'm encouraged by that, but it all goes back to consistency.

The whole aura of tonight was very odd, the bench and players didn't seem excited whether we were up down or tied. It's a mental thing. They need to learn how to win again and that's the bottom line.

I have a great vision of what can happen here. I have a lot of good ideas, and I just hope I get a chance to make it all happen.
