It's such a strong smell, they think it's a gourmet meal,

I should have no objection to this method, but that I think it must smell too strong of the lamp.

A gourmet meal without a glass of wine just seems tragic to me somehow.

We live and learn, don't we, ... I didn't start participating until I was a survivor as well.

Well, just like any other meal I've had since. I think it tastes good, but I can't say I really enjoyed it.
