It’s the person behind the camera and not the camera, what takes the pictures.

Photographer: [fah-tog-ruh-fer]-noun A person who has resorted to using a camera to record and express their thoughts, feelings, questions, emotions, perspective and ideas, because their memory card in their head is full.

People spot a big black lens, and they worry about what they're doing, or how their hair looks. Nobody see the person holding the camera.
