It's their dedication and time spent on the wrestling mat. They really peaked at the right time and they achieved what they set out to do.

It (a state title) is a possibility, it's looking pretty good right now.

It's tough to win with that many sophomores. But all 11 won at least a match at state except for our eighth-grader (Richard McKnight). We're looking to take a huge step next year.

There were seven or eight weight classes I was a little worried about because we've been inconsistent because of our youth, but the kids are starting to find themselves now. It's really neat to see. We're just kind of on a roll.

I enjoy wrestling the top guys in the nation. You know when you knock them off, you are right there with the target on your back.
