It's unbelievable the way the trainers here built me up. Little by little I could feel the results. To be honest, they turned my career around.

That's how many games I'm hoping to play in. They give you all the tools here, so I'm going to try to make the most of it.

The knock on me was my durability. When I got to (Velocity), my goal was to do whatever to stay healthy. I thought about retiring before I came here, now I feel like I'm in the best shape I've ever been.

I feel good. It still hurts, but it's better. It's good. I have to talk to the trainers, but I hope (to play today). I don't think it'll be a problem. There's times when I feel it, but that's the (same as) a lot of injuries. Hopefully when you get into a game, you don't really feel it. The pain kind of goes away.

But the results are unbelievable. Everything has improved with my son. He writes with more ease; his eyes come together now when he reads. He no longer has to twist his head to read. He will tell you it changed his life.

I don't know, I feel like as time has gone on, hip-hop has become really redundant and repetitive.
