It's very hard to focus.

We have a wonderful physical plant in place. The key is to focus on the consumer and what they want and not get enamored with the technology. If we focus on the consumer, we should see all the technologies as opportunities.

We just lose our focus, that comes with a lack of experience as a group together. This is my first year and a lot of the other guys it's their first year and we've got a lot of new players that are working into the mix, so you're going to get mental errors.

Each week, we focus on a different theme, which we discuss on the bus ride to the resort. We talk about how to use them on the mountain, in the gear room and in their lives. And, we use them in an activity during the bus ride home.

This year is the most important from a leadership standpoint. I have to focus on that and be there for the rest of the guys.

It's clear that there is an increased investor focus, government focus and public focus on anything to do with infectious diseases, particularly flu.
