It's virtually impossible to make a lot of money (in collecting). The main income you are going to get is pleasure.

Collectors get a buzz out of finding things.

Higher income earners are more likely to be audited because there is more tax money at stake, ... The IRS is a business, they have employees and they do not have time to let them audit people if they are only going to earn $2 worth of tax.

To you, it's a human being. To them, it's not. To them, it's income. It's a way of making money.

Not only are they tapping into money that they didn't know they had, but the earned income tax credit goes to those who need it the most in our community.
