I've been in this business for 40 years and done everything there is to do. . . . But to be part of something like this is just too much to fathom, honestly.

I've waited a lifetime for a horse like this. I'm going to let him take me to places that I've never been.

We thought he'd go on and win it when he got in front in the stretch. He'd never gone that far before, or carried more weight, but those are just excuses, and I don't want to make excuses. We thought he'd win.

We are trying to be as conservative as possible. This is something we feel needs doing, but we want the voters' input. We'd rather have it voted down as a separate line item than have the entire highway budget voted down.

There's no room for error. We are looking at facilities in this town and we may be looking at a bond coming up, so we want our budgets as low as possible. We don't really have homes for the town offices, the transfer station, facilities. They're scattered through town where they shouldn't be.

These folks are the leader in their industry, and they have tremendous market share and they're growing their business overseas as well,
