I've got to tell you my gut hurts on this one. It hurts. I've got cramps. So we need to take this one very, very seriously.

It hurts you in your gut. It hurts you all over. There's not very many days that you go through that it's not sticking in your craw. When you line up, when you finish up. You're always thinking about that because you don't want that to happen again.

It was one of those times where we had brain cramps. You don't want that to ever happen, but it does sometimes.
