I've never seen in all my years...the electricity go up so quick.

This year is like the perfect storm for budgets.

Every five years, we go out to bid in two different ways. We give them the option to bid for the whole employees and the buses.

The electricity is out, but you don't take a chance.

It's like, you pay for your electricity and your water and other utilities as you use it, well that makes perfect sense. If you're going to use the road, it might cost you a bit, but if you don't want to use the road, you don't have to. I think that's a very logical way to pay for the construction of a new road.

None of these bills contain any provisions to keep electricity affordable in Maryland.
