I've never written lyrics in my life. Now I'm going to have to. And I've never played the guitar and sung at the same time. But I'm going to have to learn how because that's the way we're going to do it from now on.

It was like hitting a brick wall. We're still unsure of what to do.

It's going to be a crazy show, a big [emotional] release for us. I'm sure I'll be thinking about Blake. It will be too hard not to. But if I get all choked up while I'm playing, I won't really care. People will understand.

If a guitar is not regularly tuned, it will be unusable; as it is with life.

I seek not a long life, but a full one, like you Lord Jesus.

Single life may be only a stage of a life’s journey, but even a stage is a gift. God may replace it with another gift, but the receiver accepts His gifts with thanksgiving. This gift for this day. The life of faith is lived one day at a time, and it has to be lived—not always looked forward to as though the “real” living were around the next corner. It is today for which we are responsible. God still owns tomorrow.
