I've told the team very explicitly: We're approaching this game like any other. Our approach is the same. Our prep is the same. We're playing all our key people.

I don't know how a team with what we had on the line could approach the game as passively as we did.

He had an opportunity to win the game for them or they were going to lose the game. He stepped up and made the plays.

Anytime you want to consider yourself one of the better teams in the league you have to win on the road. It's one thing to say, 'Yeah, we're playing well on the road,' and, 'Yeah, we're competing on the road.' But ultimately, you have to win.

Where I came from before [Wilmington] is a great place, but we were just overwhelmed by the ACC. We're not overwhelmed by anybody here. We are the team that people in this town support. There is basketball tradition and history and knowledgeable fans that have consistently bought season tickets and come to games and come to functions.

He is a guy that sometimes teams don't focus on, but he is a great complement to the rest of their talented players. He recognizes his role and plays it very well.
