Japan always seems to be the land of opportunity,

America is a land of opportunity and don't ever forget it.

We've got the land approved through the city. It'll be in Ross City Park, just south of the swimming pool. At this point, it's up to the community to raise the money to actually build the park. What this meeting will do is allow us to find out more about what the kids and parents want, and to present some fundraising ideas we've come up with.

The promised land guarantees nothing. It is only an opportunity, not a deliverance.

So much of the land is already publicly-owned, ... so there's very limited opportunity to build on raw land.

So few communities have the opportunity to take a blank canvas of land and create a core for its residents,
