Jason and I had worked together in the past ... and we ended up working together again at the Arsenal.

Without these people of the past, this enrichment of the sport is missed.

We have a pretty wide range of skills. The people who started this company have a very in-depth knowledge of what they do. We've lucked out in bringing together some of the brightest (IT experts) available. We've got a mix of education, experience, on-the-job training, knowledge and certification.

We understand that, on a daily basis, we must train ourselves. This industry changes every day and if you stop and smell the roses, somebody's going to pass you by. Every day is a learning process because our customers are counting on us to keep up ....

We have an in-depth ability. We realize that it's not about solving a specific problem, it's about understanding ... the process in general.

We took very seriously our responsibilities with the government. All of us have a very strong belief in the Army and how it operates and what it does for us. We took a lot of pride in supporting the soldier in whatever way we could. When we left the Arsenal, it was very difficult for us. We wanted to let them know we would support them in any way we could.
