Javi played great. He was on the kid the whole time, and shut him down for three quarters. He only had five points, and Javi had 23 points.

I called a time out when we were down 19. I said it's time to play with confidence; it's time to make shots. You guys are defending too hard to not make shots.

We had a good season. I'm proud of the guys. They came together. We had mixtures of some solid seniors and brought some freshmen and sophomores up. We got good experience all year, and the future's very bright.

We were on another team's floor. They were number three seed, so they were a tough team. They shot the ball real well. We stopped their leading scorer, one of the leading scorers in the state, and kept him to five points for three quarters.

Some are playing baseball, some are running track, some are lifting weights and working out. This is the season they should work on getting their body in shape.

It was amazing. You guys show that they can be a foot taller, and it doesn't matter. It's the mentality.
