We cannot afford to lose ground on the Voting Rights Act of 1965, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the affirmative action executive order in the Nixon White House, and the rights to fairness in the criminal justice system.

The more we hear about John Roberts' record, the more disturbed we become. That he counseled President Reagan against using sound science to reassure a fearful nation is a concerning revelation.

We live life moving forwards, however we learn the most by looking backwards.
