Joy is peace dancing. Peace is joy at rest.

Look around at everybody. Dancing is cheaper than therapy.

One should dance while one still can.

Dance comes naturally to us when we're little but fades when we get older. Too many people let the stresses of life get them wound up. I think there's something to be said for cutting loose and having a good time. And hey, people even danced in Bible days.

You come out of that with a feeling of relaxation and peace. That's very helpful.

Sing before the spirits and dance with the earth deities
And you will be able to compose your own tune.
Then you and I, united, will clap hands joyously,
Singing 'tum-tiddly-um tum-tiddly-um-tum.
